FRIENDSHIP

For nearly twenty years, our community of Friends around the world have shown that simply being there for students by providing time and support can provide opportunity and hope.

WHO WE ARE

OUR TEAMS

Our work is powered by two dedicated teams working in close partnership across Nairobi and the U.S. Together, we create the conditions for students to thrive — from their first day in the program to their first day on the job.

Our Kenyan partner, Ngong Road Children’s Foundation (NRCF), leads the direct work with students and families. Case managers and program staff are the heartbeat of our mission.

Our U.S. team focuses on fundraising, strategy, and building the connections that sustain our growth. With the support of a committed board and volunteers, we engage donors, partners, and advocates to ensure the resources are in place for every child we serve.

For Chris Adams and Ronan Smith (CEO of Bimeda AMEA), that detour happened in September 2012.
